• Technical provision of the Znojmo historical vintage 2026 The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of technical support for the cultural event Znojmo historical vintage in 2026 within the scope and according to the CONTRACT and SPECIFICATIONS. Technical security cultural event means in particular the implementation and provision of the following activities: - technical security, - security services, - provision of catering, - ticket sales during the Znojmo historical vintage. Other requirements of the contracting authority for public performance contracts - When fulfilling the obligations arising from the contract, the provider is obliged to proceed independently, professionally and with the expenditure of all necessary care to achieve the optimal result of the performance of the contract. The provider is obliged to comply with the contract relevant regulations and is also bound by the customer's justified instructions, which will be given to him during the performance of this contract. The provider is obliged to inform the customer of the inappropriate nature of these instructions. - The provider is obliged to ensure performance contract professionally qualified work team to a sufficient extent. - The provider is obliged to train its executives on the inviolability of the client's belongings. The provider is responsible for ensuring that any belongings of the customer are not owned by the provider or its executives stolen, destroyed or misused by workers. The provider is obliged to ensure that its executives are made aware of this obligation. Breach of any obligation under this Article shall be deemed a material breach...
