• The subject of the public contract is the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work (hereinafter referred to as the "OSH coordinator") during the implementation of the construction named "WWTP and Sewerage Habrůvka - Křtiny" (hereinafter referred to as "project"), while the expected period of provision of TDS and OHS coordinator services is 720 days, and the expected start date of the project is the first half of 2026. The estimated investment costs of the construction amount to CZK 227,686,186.21 excluding VAT. The subject of performance is public contract will be co-financed from the NPŽP subsidy program. The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract is given in the text of the draft contract, which is an integral part of the tender documentation as its annex.
