Description:
Services of technical support of the portal operation for 4 years. The support services will include in particular the activities below.
Takeover of portal administration
1.PRIPMENT Portal Administration from previous supplier
Providing services Basic support of portal operations
2.Sew Available Portal Availability at at least 99.9 level % of the total portal operating time, which is 24 hours a day 7 days a week (24x7 mode);
3rd to clean the operation of the platform Liferay, portlets and widgets;

The records will be available to the contracting authority on-line with the possibility of searching and generating reports;
