  • Description :
  • The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of technical support and maintenance of all application software of the ANeT Attendance System used by the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as the "ANeT Attendance System") and modifications and other operations within the ANeT Attendance System.
    Technical support and maintenance services in allthe application software of the ANeT Attendance System and editing services and other operations within the ANeT Attendance System, as well as the method of their provision, are specified in more detail in the Service Provision Agreement, the draft of which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, and in its Annex No. 3 Guaranteed level of Technical Support.
    Technical support and maintenance of all application software of the ANeT Attendance System mainly consists of:
    a) the possibility to download and use new versions of the ANeT Attendance System including changed or new documentation, while the current version of the Attendance Systemsubject of ANeT must always take into account changes in the legislation of the Czech Republic and the current development of new versions in the environment of the operating system and applications and technologies of Microsoft,
    b) ensuring access to the supplier's service desk for reasons of reporting errors, malfunctions, failures, incidents or defects (hereinafter only"incident"), classification of the category of the incident, the possibility of changing the category of the incident, recording of the incident, monitoring of proposed incident resolution procedures and monitoring the progress of incident resolution,
    c) professional advisory, consulting and methodical assistance.
