- The subject of the performance of part A of the public contract is the provision of telecommunication, data and additional fixed network services and the provision of mobile electronic communications services. The subject of the performance of part B of the public contract is the rental of data rings for connecting the sites of the contracting authority and ensuring connectivityto the public network (Internet). The connection is made using optical, microwave or metallic connections owned by the provider. Furthermore, service support for provided services and management of independent resources is required. A more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is contained in the procurement documententation and their annexes.
