• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive procurement, implementation and operation of a temporary hospital information system (hereinafter referred to as "NIS") for the client, intended for the operation of the Pálava Sanatorium medical facility. The subject of the Public Contract includes the elaboration implementation plan, delivery, installation, implementation, configuration and integration of NIS with information systems and registries of the contracting authority, further provision of licenses for NIS, ensuring compliance of NIS with current legislation and drawing up an exit plan and subsequent execution of the exit in case of termination of NIS operation. After commissioning and acceptance of the NIS by the contracting authority, the selected supplier will also provide NIS operational support services for a period of 14 months from the acceptance of the NIS (FAC). The performance of the public contract will take place in two (2) consecutive stages in the phases specified in the public procurement contract: Phase I. - analysis of the contracting authority's environment and development of an implementation plan; Phase II. - delivery, implementation, NIS integration, trial operation and acceptance. Each of the phases is separately accepted by the contracting authority under the conditions set out in the Agreement. Detailed technical parameters of the subject of the public contract are listed in Appendix No. 1 of the Calls - Technical Specification (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Specification"). The performance offered by the participant must comply with the technical parameters of the Public contract specified by the tender conditions, or Technical specifications, as well as the requirements listed in the Terms of Reference and Annex No. 2 of the Call for Proposals - Draft Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract").
