- The subject of the public contract is to obtain an optimal solution for a new district in the cadastral territory of Podhořany, Nelahozeves municipality, Mělnik district, Czech Republic, which will be urbanistically high-quality, economically feasible and socially and environmentally sustainable. The goal of the Contracting Authority is to find an optimal urban plan proposal of Novy Podhořany and their integration into the organism of the Nelahozeves municipality as a whole.
A contract will be concluded with the selected supplier for the implementation of the subject of the public contract in the following scope:
- preparation of an urban/territorial study with regulatory elements in the scope of the area being addressed, which will be the basis for the change spatial plan,
-discussion of the urban/territorial study in the scope of the area being addressed with the relevant authorities concerned, infrastructure managers, main actors and the public.
- professional and administrative support in the processing and acquisition of changes to the territorial plan.
