• Description:
• The subject of the delivery is the delivery of 1 piece of the Information System according to the specification incl. control HW accessories for JAPAVO, s.r.o. without the possibility of partial fulfillment. The delivery of 1 piece of Information System SW according to the specification means the delivery of all required elements licenses for system implementation and configuration, data migration, delivery of technical and user documentation and compatible control elements. Next, the transport of SW equipment to the destination, installation and start-up, commissioning and connection, including all possible ones assembly and installation work necessary for the proper completion of the delivery. Furthermore, all activities related to delivery, including staff training. • The supplier must guarantee warranty service and technical support. • The supplier must provide user training i administrators related to SW operation. Deliverables must be delivered as new, unused, first class quality, if relevant, packed in original packaging. As part of the fulfillment of the subject of the contract, the selected supplier will be obliged to perform and up to the bid price include all other activities related to the implementation of the order. If specific trade names are mentioned in the procurement documentation or their annexes, this is only a definition of the required standard and the contracting authority also allows other technical and qualitative comparable solution. The technical specification of the required performance is given in Appendix No. 2 of the Call for Tenders documentation. The contracting authority will provide cooperation with the implementation and placement of performance at the place of implementation.
