Description: The subject of the public contract is:
(a) the design of the work consisting in the design, development, delivery and implementation of the Information System of the Electronic Litigation (hereinafter referred to as "IS EESS"), including the initial analysis of the existing environment of the contracting authority, system integration, data migration, testing, system modifications, system documentation, Training and providing the necessary user and ownership rights and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Work"),
(b) making the work changes before it is completed in the range of up to 100 females,
c) providing management and maintenance services (service services) is EESS A
(d) the provision of IS EESS development services, the limit of the number of man-or-in-laws for development services is set at 50 personnel per year, with the possibility of transferring the unused quantities of these personnes to the following calendar year.
