• The subject of this public order is the services and supplies necessary for the implementation of the contracting authority's project entitled "Digital transformation of the Bridge publishing house - AI innovation and process automation", which is co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the Operational of the Technology and Applications for Competitiveness (OP TAK) programme. The public contract is divided into five (5) separate parts. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the public contract. Breakdown of the public contract: Part 1: Advanced digital content management platform (AI CMS) and web application Part 2: AI frameworks including token security Part 3: Implementing an AI assistant into a web application Part 4: Document management system (DMS), contracts and audit processes Part 5: Network Storage data (NAS) A detailed specification of the subject of performance of individual parts of the public contract is given in the Tender Documentation and its annexes. The subject of the performance is the delivery of an information system of the type Document Management System (DMS), which will ensure digitization and automated management of internal documents, contracts and audit processes in the company. The system must provide robust corporate document management (DMS) functions, contract lifecycle management and complete support for internal and external audits, thereby contributing significantly to secure corporate data management and compliance.
