- This is the construction of a three-story covered swimming hall with a 25-meter swimming pool with 6 lanes, a children's wading pool, a recreational pool with a wild river and water attractions, it also includes sauna facilities with cooling pools (steam bath, herbal sauna, bio sauna, ceremonial sauna ), welllness and exercise hall, separate changing rooms with hygienic facilities for visitors, massage room, offices, gastro operation, machine rooms, pool technology incl. storage tanks, air conditioning, heating, electricity, measurement and regulation, etc. and staff facilities.
As part of the construction, a parking lot with a 40-tand vertical parking spaces. The subject of the contract is also a new transformer station.
Before the construction of the swimming hall, the existing building of changing rooms and summer swimming pool dormitories will be demolished.

This is the construction of a three-story covered swimming hall with a 25-meter swimming pool with 6 lanesmi, a children's wading pool, a recreational pool with a wild river and water attractions, it also includes sauna facilities with cooling pools (steam bath, herbal sauna, bio sauna, ceremonial sauna), wellness and exercise hall, separate changing rooms with hygienic facilities for visitors, massage parlor, offices, gaceiling operation, machine rooms pool technology incl. storage tanks, air-conditioning, heating, electricity, measurement and regulation, etc. and employee facilities.
A parking lot with 40 vertical parking spaces will also be built as part of the construction. The contract also includes a new substation.
