• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the excavation of the terrain to the level of the foundation joint in min. 800 mm wide at the foot of the excavation. Furthermore, all the unevenness of the vertical foundation wall will be removed. The substrate is leveled with a trowel. The following day, penetration of the substrate is carried out. After that bitumen waterproofing is applied in at least two layers. The second coat must be applied as soon as possible, but in such a way that the first coat is not damaged. The structure is then insulated using the air gap method from the outside using plastic foil. A non-asphalt profiled membrane equipped with studs with a height of min. 20 mm. The anchoring will be mechanical according to the foil manufacturer's instructions, the outer side will be provided with geotextile. The individual connections of the membrane must be watertightly connected using special sealants. The upper face of the insulation will be provided with a typical finishing strip anchored to the facade, alternatively with sheeting.
