Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract ("public contract") are services related to the operation of the system of central combined purchases ("CSN system"), including its implementation, provided by the supplier to the contracting authority as the central contracting authority and its subordinate organizations. The primary objective of the public procurement is toto ensure the most effective and comprehensive system for the procurement of intersection supplies/commodities and the request for services by the client and its subordinate organizations.the cost of contracts concluded in selection/awarding procedures, the identification of the purchasing needs of the contracting authority and its subordinate organizations and other related activities aimed at optimizing the system for the procurement of selected commodities, including their identification, all through the provided platform.
Profor the avoidance of any doubt, the contracting authority emphasizes that the CSN system in the sense of this public contract represents a set of comprehensive services provided by the supplier with the aim of achieving the above-mentioned purpose of the public contract; the designation "CSN system" cannot be confused with a system in the sense of software / IT onlythe solution, even the provision of the software platform, is part of the subject of performance; but this is so only because the services of the CSN system will be provided through this platform.
