- The subject of performance of the above -the -limit public procurement for services is to draw up a proposal for comprehensive land consolidation (KPO) in two cadastral areas affected by the construction of the D35 motorway, including the necessary surveying activities in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastral operat and the documentation for the documentation for Introduction of the results of the Kopu in the Land Register. The works will serve as a basis for the decision of the branch on the approval of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, determination of the amount of reimbursement and deadlines pursuant to Section 10 (2) of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. abolition of easement to the land concerned. The proposals of the KPO will be made according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.
