- Processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of Svojek, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll.
The work will be serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The design of the KPO will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the particulars specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for implementing land consolidation and requirements of land consolidation proposal, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.").
