• Description:
• The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral area of ​​Lipoltov, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll.as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree"). The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the Land Office to approve the proposal of land consolidation and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights.The proposal of the KPU will be drawn up according to a more detailed division, which precisely corresponds to the requirements referred to in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On the procedure for the implementation of land consolidation and the requirements of the land consolidation, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 13/2014 Coll."). To the perimeter of a comprehensiveLand consolidation will include the entire cadastral area of ​​the municipality of Tuřany and part of the cadastral territory of the municipality of Odrava, outside the built -up area of ​​the municipality. The estimated area of ​​the area is in the cadastral area (hereinafter referred to as the "k. U.") Lipoltov, incl. adjacent parts of k.u. Odrava is 275 ha, of which 262 ha belongs to the cadastral area. Lipoltovand 13 ha Ke k.u. Odrava.
