- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the processing of the proposal of comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Kopu") in the cadastral territory of VΕ‘estary, including the comprehensive part of the cadastral area. Running, Rosnice near VΕ‘estar, Smalls and Birch near VΕ‘estar, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre real estate by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On the Land Register (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Cadastral Decree"). The design of the KPO will be processed so that it can be entered in the Land Register.

Part of the cadastral territory (hereinafter referred to as "cadastral") will be included in the perimeter of comprehensive land consolidation, Runice, Rosnice near VΕ‘estar, SvΔti and BΕiza near VΕ‘estar, outside the built -up area of the village. The estimated area of the area is 155 ha.
