- The subject of the contract is the supply according to the following basic specification of the individual parts of the contract.
The subject of fulfillment of part 1 of the contract is the supply and installation of 1 set of stands for pole vault incl. accessories and 1 pole vaulting platform at various filling points. Detailed scope of the subject and technical specificsThe details of the delivery, which is the subject of Part 1 of the Contract, are detailed in Annex No. 1 (Technical Specification) of the tender documentation (hereinafter also "ZD").
The subject of the performance of part 2 of the VZ is the delivery and installation of 5 sets of 90 competition obstacles at the designated performance locations. Detailed scope of the subject of performance and technicalthe specification of the supply, which is the subject of part 2 of the VZ, is detailed in Annex No. 1 (Technical specification) of the ZD.
The subject of the performance of part 3 of the VZ is the delivery and installation of 1 set of steeple obstacles at the designated performance location. The detailed scope of the subject of performance and the technical specification of the delivery, which is beforesubject to part 3 of the VZ, are detailed in Annex No. 1 (Technical specification) of the ZD.
The subject of the performance of part 4 of the VZ is the delivery and installation of 1 protective cage for the hammer and discus throw at the designated performance location. The detailed scope of the subject of performance and the technical specification of the delivery, which is the subject of Part 4 of the Contract,are detailed in Appendix No. 1 (Technical Specification) ZD.
