Description:
The subject of the public contract is the obligation of the supplier, at its own expense and risk, to provide the Client properly and on time and for the agreed price with services related to the subject of performance.
Delivery of a license/right of use/SaaS service and provision of related support of a software tool for asset registration and risk managementto those related to these assets for a period of 36 months.
A more detailed description of the subject of the VZMR is provided in Appendix No. 1: Binding draft contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") and Appendix No. 2 Detailed description of the subject of the VZMR. The supplier acknowledges that Annex No. 1 Binding Draft Contract will be modified according to the supplier's offer, andespecially with regard to the fact whether it will be a supply of licenses or software as a service (SaaS).
