- The subject of performance is the repair of defects of the ceiling of the social hall in the town hall building, PernΕ‘tynske namΔsti Δ.p.1, Pardubice. Specialized restoration repairs contain a complex of activities consisting of the following steps:
1. nationwide purification of painting
painting will be cleaned up from dustdeposits covering the surface. The cleaning will be performed by the so -called dry process to avoid damaging the cloth colors.
2. Removal and separation of roofing outlets
leaks after root will be partially removed due to limited possibilities (resistance of these leaches to mechanical removal) and their residueswill be separated by impregnation.
3. Removal of inappropriate sealants
will be removed to earlier repairs used inappropriate sealants, which will subsequently be replaced by sealants on a neutral basis.
4. cleaning of cracks
at this stage of repair will have to be removed by the unstable parts of the cracks to create access forgrouting needle into the underlying layers.
5. Lime binder will beLowed lime (min. 4 years).
7. Retelling of sealants, painting
After perfect solidification, the cleaned sealant lime mixture and perfect solidification will be done by the final retouch.
8. Final fixation
After perfect retouching, the surface will be impregnated with the corresponding fixationpaint. - Documents:
