• Description:
• 1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation for the building under the title "Traffic solutions at Trávníky Elementary School - PD". 2. Part of the fulfillment of the contract is the engineering activity (IČ) necessary to ensure the statements, opinions and documents necessary for the submission of the application for issuance a valid plan permit or other permit for the said action. 3. The purpose is to develop project documentation and obtain the relevant permits needed for the subsequent implementation of the construction of parking spaces along the purpose-built road at ZŠ Trávníky. The building site is on plots of land parcel number 2301, 2324 and 2333 in the cadastre and the village of Vsetín. 4. A feasibility study was prepared for the transport solution under the title Study of modification of the transport solution at the house no. 1816, Trávníky, Vsetín, processed by the MSS company - project s.r.o. office Žerotínova 992, 755 01 Vsetín. 5. Estimated breakdown of documentation into individual construction objects: a. Parking spaces and road improvement at ZŠ Trávníky b. Relocation of engineering networks Estimated costs for construction work are approx. 2,000,000 CZK without VAT. The parking space and the modification of the road at ZŠ Trávníky address the expansion of the purpose-built road and the placement of parking spaces with vertical parking in the number of 9 units at the main entrance to ZŠ Trávníky, which will be designed for the purpose of securing a short-term stop for drivers bringing children to school. The location of sidewalks and a paved area for municipal waste is also being considered along the road. The parking facility at No. 1816 is not part of the VZ.
