• The purpose of this sectoral public contract awarded in an open procedure according to the provisions of § 56 et seq. ZZVZ is the conclusion of a mandate contract as amended by Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "contract" or "binding sample contract"), on the basis of which the below listed investor and engineering activities for the Libuš - Nové Dvory tram line construction event, selection of the construction contractor (hereinafter referred to as the "event") and provision of technical supervision of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as "TDI"). TDI performance is based on Appendix No. 15 of the Tariff for proposing bid prices for project work and engineering activities UNIKA 2025 - 2026 - Recommended content and scope of performance of technical supervision of the contracting authority and specific requirements of the contracting authority in the implementation phase, including administrative security, property law security, activities of the health and safety coordinator, coordination activities with other entities and operations. The subject of the performance of the public contract is the obligation of the principal to perform all investor services and engineering activities for the client, on behalf of the client and for the account of the client necessary for the preparation and implementation of the above-mentioned action and to carry out TDI, under the conditions specified in the contract and the obligation of the contracting authority to take over the properly and timely performance and pay the principal a fee.
