Description:
The subject of the performance of this public contract is the provision of the new construction of the tram line (TT) in Wenceslas Square, including in particular the construction of a new tram line, including related technologies and equipment, the related reconstruction of roadways and sidewalks, the induced relocation and modification of utility networks and the necessaryof the ceiling slabs of the subway vestibules, all within the scope of the project documentation (see Appendix No. 1 of the binding sample contract). Part of the performance is the completion of the documentation for the execution of the construction and the documentation of the actual execution of the construction, as well as all auxiliary and associated activities (e.g. securing certificates,lugs, inspection reports, licenses and other specified documents, etc.), and the provision of cooperation on the part of the selected supplier in obtaining a permit for trial operation and approval of approval. The detailed specification of the client's requirements for the subject of this public contract is also obsexecuted in the binding model of the contract (see attachment no. 1 of the procurement documentation).
