- The subject of the public contract is the project work to the extent of the building permit project (DSP) and the implementation of the construction (DPS) in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., On Territorial Planning and Building Code and its implementing regulations to the scope of Annex No. 1 and 8 to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll.Current version. An integral part is also to ensure engineering activities to obtain a building permit.
