- The subject of the public contract is the service of the post -warranty service related to a specific device, which is the Illumina genomic sequence, the Novaseqx plus sequence system (hereinafter also the "device") owned by the contracting authority.
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is in particular
- -service Provider's interventions carried out on the basis of the contracting authority's/client call,
-DD, installation and checking the functionality of spare parts,
-uupgrade and Update Hardware and Software in the range provided by the manufacturer for this type of device,
-nopy sequence reagents in hardware failure at the time of service contract
-1x a year of preventive inspection of the device,
-Anding warranty for service interventions and services and spare parts provided or delivered during the effectiveness of the contract and the related implementation of warranty repairs and interventions if the service or substitute parts delivered during Warranty hours will report defects.
