Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 piece of apparatus for quality control of nucleic acids. This microfluidic DNA/RNA quality control system is used for automated measurement of length, quantity and quality control of fragmented DNA or PCR products, or DNA digested with restriction enzymes. Based on automatic electrophoresis, the device will improve the quality and speed up the preparation of NGS, especially for the field of molecular biology. The instrument must allow a standardized way of determining the quality of RIN and DIN. The device will be part of the system devices enabling efficient and accurate analysis of nucleic acids. It will be used mainly for research into changes in gene expression related to pathophysiological processes accompanying the development of drug-resistant epilepsy. Biochemical analyzers
