- UK2LF - Next Generation Sequencing Platform for Human Genome Analyzes (Hardware) The subject of the performance of the public order is the supply and installation of a new, unused, unreconditioned, fully functional 1 pc of device for DNA sequencing analysis, 1 pc of device for DNA fragmentation a 3 different servers (computer stations). The subject of performance consists of the following performance: 1 piece of equipment for "massively" parallel sequencing analysis based on the principle of so-called long-read DNA sequencing, i.e. DNA sequencing technology using long readings. This device will investigate regions, new genes, genetic variability, new structural variants, polynucleotide expansions and regulatory elements that fall into the so-called "dark regions", i.e. inaccessible to existing technologies, the so-called of short DNA reads. It must be applicable for research, diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases within European reference networks for rare diseases, ultra-rare diseases and international research network ERDERA.org. 1 piece of apparatus for controlled DNA fragmentation to size samples at least in the range of 5 to 100 kb, at a rate of at least 90 samples per 120 minutes. 3 pieces of related computer technology, i.e. of servers for processing raw data from the device, server for storage and backup of results of sequencing and data analysis computational and workstation for bioinformatics analysis, optimized for cooperation with the above-mentioned devices, all according to procurement documentation VZ.
