Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the provision of the services of the construction manager in the implementation of the construction by a easier "FN Brno-construction of a gynecological and obstetric clinic" (hereinafter referred to as "construction" or "work"), whose contractor will be selected in a setting procedure (https://ezak.fnbrno.cz/vz00005902). Clientassumes that the tender for the selection of the contractor will be terminated by the insert of the year 2025; However, this is a non -binding assumption/estimate of the contracting authority. Further information is given in the following of the tender documentation - project documentation of the work.
The purpose of the public contract is to perform all activitiesThe construction manager so that the construction is made well, properly and in time for the supplied work to be fully functional, operational and fully eligible for use according to the needs of the contracting authority and for the specified purpose, in accordance with all the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "PD").The contract on the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") will be the contracting authority to provide services to the contracting authority with the contractual terms and conditions of the contract on the provision of services between the customer and the consultant, the so -called FIDIC WHITE BOOK issued by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE), edition2006.
