Description:
The subject of this over-the-limit public order, which will be implemented as part of the project "Implementation of a quality management system in the Czech Statistical Office", reg. no. CZ.03.4.74/0.0/0.0/15_019/0016015, is
•total upgrade of the module "Evaluation employees" of the personnel information system of the CZSO OK Base (hereinafteralso just "PIS"), which will make it possible to:
extend the existing evaluation process with new requirements (in particular, the expansion of the evaluation of the required competencies),
setting up an evaluation module to support the adaptation process of a new employee or an employee who moves to another position.
•in connection will be introducedthe development of the competence and process model of the CZSO, the transfer of the valid organizational structure maintained in OK Base to the KPM management tool SW and the transfer of the required knowledge and skills from the KPM management SW tool to individual jobs for the needs of assessments conducted in OK Base,
•target concept of establishment andcommissioning of mobile access for PIS OKbase users of the PIS OKbase web interface.
