Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of liquid helium according to the detailed specification listed in the tender documentation, for the needs of selected workplaces of Palacký University in Olomouc. In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, the subject of the performance of the public contract is divided into two separate parts, and the supplier may submit its offer to any of the part of the public contract, it can also submit its offer to all parts of the public contract. I. Helium 2024/2025 The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 6,200 liters of liquid helium with all accessories (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”), and the goods will be delivered gradually on the basis of the current needs of the contracting authority within 15 months of the effective date of the relevant purchase contract for Needs of operation of the University Institute of Catrin. II. Helium 2024/2025 The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 1,900 liters of liquid helium with all accessories (hereinafter referred to as "goods"), and the goods will be delivered gradually on the basis of the current needs of the contracting authority within 15 months Selected workplaces of Palacký University in Olomouc.
