Description:
The subject of the public order is the provision of regular deliveries of ready-made meals, including the importation in the so-called gastronomic periods to the customer's dining room. With regard to the variety of the product range and the competitive combination of two suppliers, the general contract in the sense of 101 ZZVZ is entered into in two hundred designated as a classic offer of meals and an alternative offer of meals.
