- Description:
- The subject of the selection procedure is the supply of 1pc of a urodynamic device for the purpose of the Department of Urology Znojmo according to the specifications (see Annex 2 calls). The performance of this public contract also includes regular service inspections of the device (BTK + KEZ), its warranty and post -warranty service, or also Regular revisions and regular validation if the need for these revisions or validation from generally binding regulations or requirements of the device manufacturer. The subject of the order is also installation of the device at the place of performance, its commissioning, calibration, staff briefing and making all relevant Protocols according to applicable legal regulations for medical devices, generally binding legal regulations and requirements of the manufacturer of the device. The purpose of the acquisition of these medical devices is to supplement the equipment of the urology department.
