Description:
(nature and amount of work, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the public contract is the supply of table-top food equipment that enables flash freezing of liquid foods (e.g. sauces, soups) and creamy foods (e.g. puree) using a freezing plate. OFthe equipment must enable the creation of semi-frozen food with a dual structure, i.e. a stable and crispy surface and a cold creamy or liquid/semi-liquid core. The equipment is purchased within the framework of the ADAPT UTB project Adaptable, Digital, Agile, Progressive, Transformation of UTB in Zlin, reg. no. NPO_UTB_MSMT-16585/2022.
