- UTB - Apparatus for flash freezing of food
Description of the order: The subject of the public order is the supply of tabletop food equipment, which enables the flash freezing of liquid foods (e.g. sauces, soups) and creamy foods (e.g. mashed potatoes) with the help of a freezer plate. The device must allow the creation of positionsfrozen food with a dual structure, i.e. a stable and gritty surface and a cold creamy or liquid/semi-liquid core. The equipment is made within the framework of the project ADAPT UTB Adaptable, Digital, Agile, Progressive, Transformation of UTB in Zlin, reg. c. NPO_UTB_MSMT-16585/2022.
