Description:
The subject of the performance of the public contract is the reconstruction of the water treatment technology in the scope and according to the CONTRACT and the PROJECT.
The detailed scope of work that the client requires to be implemented is specified in more detail in the PROJECT and in the list of works and the statement of dimensions. The delivery of the building is understood as the complete and faultless execution of allconstruction works and constructions, including the supply of the necessary materials necessary for the proper completion of the operable work, as well as the performance of all activities related to the delivery of construction works and constructions, the execution of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site equipment, safetymeasures, etc.), geodetic surveying of the completed building and development of a geometric plan for submission to the real estate cadastre and securing and handing over project documentation for the actual execution of the work.
