- The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
In accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 5 parts:
1) Part 1: "Delivery of the Agend Information System", consisting of:
-Portal of a citizen
-Portal of an official
2) Part 2: "Delivery and Infrastructure implementation "
3) Part 3: "File Service for City Organization (ESSL)"
4) Part 4: "Risk Analysis and Other Documentation System Documentation
5) Part 5: "Audit of Cyber Security"
Therefore, as part of this tender, the participant can submit an offer for part 1, 2, 3 and 4, Alternatively for more or all these parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered a complete fulfillment of the part of the contract in accordance with the terms of the tender documentation.
Part 1: Delivery of an agenda information system

Part 4: Risk Analysis and Other Documentation Documentation of Information Safety System
Detailed technical specification of the subject of performance for Part 4 is contained in the Annex to Part 4 - Technical Specifications (Annex 6 ZD).
Part 3: City Organization File Service (ESSL)
The detailed technical specification of the subject of performance for Part 3 is contained in the Annex to Part 3 - Technical Specifications (Annex No. 5 ZD).
