- The subject of the performance of this order is the delivery of the performance expected within the subsidy project "Increasing DC resistance against cyber threats", project registration number: CZ.06.01.01/00/22_004/0000128
The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public order into individual parts.
The order is in accordance withSection 35 of the Public Procurement Act is divided into the following 5 parts:
1) Part 1: Backup platform servers
2) Part 2: Software for the operation of an unlimited number of virtual machines
3) Part 3: Storage and SAN infrastructure
4) Part 4 : Networking
5)Part 5: Penetration Test
Part 1 is currently being entered,2, 3 and 4.
As part of this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for part 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of the contract, possibly for more parts or for all of these parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of the given part of the contract, in accordance with the terms of thatthe procurement documentation.
If "this contract" is mentioned in the procurement documentation, the contracting authority always means parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 unless otherwise stated.
Part 5) Penetration test
The contracting authority's aim is to check the functionality of the technical measures and the overall network security using a penetration test. Implementationpenetration tests are NOT part of this contract. The test will be carried out as a verification of the functionality of the introduced technical measures before the implementation of the entire system is completed. In the event that the test reveals serious errors, the supplier is obliged to remove the errors at his own expense before the final acceptance of the work.
