Description:
The project is co-financed in the program of the National Recovery Plan as part of the Challenge Circular Solutions in Enterprises Challenge I. Project name: Acquisition of technology for the processing of a by-product from the production of bubble wrap, project registration number: CZ.31.5.0/0.0/0.0/22_010/0004488.
The client reserves the right toavo to divide the public contract into individual parts among several participants.
The contract is divided into part 1, part 2 and part 3 in accordance with § 35 of the Act on the Awarding of Public Contracts. Bids may be submitted for the entire contract or for its individual parts, following the breakdown below. Every partwill be evaluated separately.
The contract is divided into the following 3 parts:
1)Part 1: Recycling line with cleaning
2)Part 2: Bubble film line
3)Part 3: Bagger
Participant can submit an offer for one of these 3 parts of the contract, possibly for two parts of the contract or for all parts of the contract. Withinfor each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of part of the contract.
Technical parameters are set with the fact that the contracting authority allows their modification while maintaining the principle that performance and range parameters are set as minimum and power, size and weight parametersas the maximum, unless otherwise specified for a specific parameter, with a tolerance so that the equipment can be installed in the location designated for this equipment.
