• Delivery of furniture and equipment ICT supply and connectivity The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts. In accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 2 parts: 1)Part 1: Delivery of furniture a equipment 2)Part 2: ICT delivery and connectivity As part of this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for part 1 or part 2, or for both of these parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete performance of the given part contract, in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation. The subject of the performance of this contract is the delivery of the expected performance within the project, which is supported by the Integrated Regional Operational Program, Priority Improvement of Quality and Availability of social and health services, educational infrastructure and development of cultural heritage, call No. 111, project name: Professional and community background for modern open education at ZŠ Jeseník, reg. project No. CZ.06.04.01/00/22_111/0001723. Technical parameters of the requested performance are defined with the fact that the contracting authority allows their modification while maintaining the principle that qualitative parameters are set as minimum, dimensional and weight parameters as recommended, if nothing is specified for a specific parameter another, with the tolerance specified in the contract so that the filling can be installed in the place designated for this equipment.
