• The subject of the performance of this public order is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies related to the project according to the project documentation and the bill of quantities "RECONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF PART OF THE OBJECT No. 612 MORAVANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL" prepared architectural studio of Ing. architect Jiří Vácha, ID number: 18139795, with registered office at Pod Kaplí 40, 644 00 Brno, chief designer Ing. architect Jiří Vácha, authorization with general scope (A.0), authorization number ČKA 00306 and other mentions in the project documentation (hereinafter just "project documentation"). All properties, procedures, requirements and specifications are listed in the draft contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation, and in the project documentation, which, together with the measurement statement, is Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. Technical supervision of this contract may not be carried out by the supplier or a person connected to him. If the tender conditions, technical specifications, project documentation or bill of quantities refer to certain suppliers, products or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or indications of origin, so according to the provisions of § 89 paragraph 5 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, such a reference is considered to be a specification of technical conditions, which without its use would not be sufficiently precise and understandable.
