Vaccines - influenza vaccines for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 seasons
Description of the contract: The subject of the public order is the supply of seasonal flu vaccines (hereinafter referred to as "vaccines") for the contracting party for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 seasons. according to the provisions of § 2 paragraph 1 letter e) of the proclamation c. 537/2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "proclamation"), for vaccination at the request of physical persons (adults and children) who wish to be vaccinated against infections against which the vaccine is intended ( further above-standard vaccinations), or for vaccinations in special roomsaccording to the provisions of § 2 par. 1 letter. c) announcements, if announced. Part of the performance of the subject of the public order is also the balne, transport to the place of performance, insurance for the insurance of delivery during transport to the places of performance, delivery to the places designated by the client in the places of performance, customs, tax and possibly all other pwafers connected with the implementation of the subject of the public order.
