Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of vaccines against seasonal influenza (hereinafter referred to as "vaccines") for the contracting authority for the 2023/2024 season and the 2024/2025 season in accordance with the provisions of § 2 paragraph 1 letter e) Decree No. 537/2006 Coll., on vaccination against infectious diseases, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the decree"), forvaccination at the request of natural persons (adults and children) who wish to be vaccinated against the infections against which the vaccine is intended (hereafter super-standard vaccination), or for extraordinary vaccination in the sense of § 2 paragraph 1 letter c) decrees, if announced.
Part of the fulfillment of the object of faithother orders include packaging, transport to the place of performance, insurance premiums for insurance of supplies during transport to the places of performance, delivery to premises specified by the contracting authority at the places of performance, customs, tax and any other fees associated with the implementation of the subject of the public contract.
