- The subject of the public contract is the following activities performed in the performance of the public contract called "VD Orlik - Security of VD from the effects of large waters" (hereinafter referred to as the "related public contract"):
(a) the performance of the follow -up author's supervision of the designer (hereinafter referred to as "AD") within the meaning of Section 152 ((). 4 of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On land -use planning and building regulations, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and
Because of the extension of the building by approx For two years there was a need to ensure a follow -up author's supervision.

The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is the following activities performed in the performance of (implementation) of the public contract called "VD Orlik - Security of VD before the effects of large waters "(hereinafter referred to as the" Related Public Procurement "):
a) the performance of the subsequent author's supervision of the designer (hereinafter referred to as "AD") within the meaning of Section 152 (4) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On land -use planning and building regulations, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act") and
b) Technical assistance to the designer during the construction.
Due to the extension of the construction by about two years, there was a need to ensure the subsequent authorial supervision of the construction.
