• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the supply of vehicles intended for road maintenance, incl. accessories. New equipment (trucks and required accessories) will be delivered, when the first registered owner will be the Client. Public order is entered in parts (according to § 101 ZZVZ). The contracting authority allows you to submit an offer for one or more parts of the public contract - see part IV. this tender documentation. The conclusion of a contract in one part must not be conditional on the conclusion of a contract in another part. If not specified otherwise, the provisions of this procurement documentation apply to both parts together. Part of the subject of the public contract is also the provision of warranty service at the place of performance, or through the relevant service. If the supplier requires the implementation of the warranty service at the establishment designated by him, the costs of moving the serviced equipment will be paid by the supplier in full, for the duration of the warranty. The contracting authority draws the participants' attention to the fact that this public contract is governed by the provisions of Act No. 360/2022 Coll., on support low-emission vehicles through public procurement and public services in passenger transport. 1) Truck - container carrier Truck chassis - total weight min. 15 tons, body length min. 5.5 meters, weight incl. superstructures min. 7 tons.
