- The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the premises of the Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic of the General Faculty Hospital in Prague (hereinafter referred to as "VFN") - in pavilion B1 at the address U Nemocnice 504/1, 128 08 Prague 2 - Nove MΔsto. The goal of the reconstruction is primarily to build a gymnasium in the reconstructed prostorech:
- The work will be carried out according to the project documentation (DSP and DPS) "Modifications of part 1.PP - rehabilitation" prepared by Studio Acht, spol. s. r. o. (hereinafter also "Partial performance - construction") The estimated value for the subject of this Partial performance - construction is in the amount of CZK 10,720,000 excluding VAT.
- Next pThe repairs will be carried out according to the project documentation (moisture remediation) "B1 - Clinic of Rehabilitation Medicine VFN in Prague - Remediation of Damp Masonry 1.PP and 2.PP" including construction technical survey "B1 - Clinic of Rehabilitation Medicine VFN in Prague", both processed by SAREP PROJEKTY s.r.o. (dbut also "Partial fulfillment - remediation"). The expected value for the subject of this Partial performance - renovation is in the amount of CZK 3,920,000 excluding VAT.
The subject of the performance of this public contract (hereinafter also "VZ") is also defined by the binding Proposal for the contract for the work, which forms an annex to the tender conditions (hereinafter also "ZP").
