VFN Praha - A14 - X-ray set for vascular catheterization

Description of the contract: The subject of performance of the public contract (VZ) is the supply of "X-ray set for vascular catheterization", including the necessary construction modifications of building spaces according to Act 183/2006 Coll. in Prague (VFN), including accessories, customs, transport, installation, commissioning and reporting to the State Office for Nuclear Safety according to applicable legislation, initial validation, instruction according to the relevant provision of Act No. 268/2014 Coll., on Medical Devices ( hereinafter only Act No. 268/2014 Coll.), or training of the buyer's service and sale of documents related to the delivered goods, especially the declaration of conformity and instructions for operation in the Czech language in printed and electronic form, including warranty service in length 2 years and post-warranty service for 8 years, and further according to other conditions of the tender documentation.
