• Description:
• The subject of the tender is to conclude a contract for work according to the contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and designing-electronic and machinery and engineering and engineering and engineering buildings designed by the contractor, the so-called FIDIC Yellow Book, 1. Translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2017, and other documents forming a contract for work.
  The subject of the public contract is the provision of services, construction work (and providing supplies) within the design and implementation of the construction, including activities according to paragraph 4.2.5 Calls.
  The supplier will provide the contracting authority with services and construction work (and providing supplies) in designing and implementing the construction, specifically the construction of the retention tank (including the supply of technology), as well in the contract, including putting the construction into operation in accordance with its purpose.
  For the design and construction of the construction, the supplier will be used by Best Practice and Best Avaible Technology.
  Within the fulfillment of the public contract will be the subject of the contract of the supplier in particular:
  (a) processing of documentation for enabling the intention according to the law 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act");
  (b) engineering activities to permit the project according to the Building Act;
  (c) processing of documentation for construction;
  (d) processing of the actual construction documentation;
