- The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of selling property in accordance with the provisions of § 17 paragraph 3 letter c) Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. The subject of the award is construction of a waterworks main drainage facility (HOZ) in c.ú. Jevíčko-suburb, Jevíčko municipality, Svitavy district, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and the competence to manage the Land Management Office as follows: - "JEVÍČKO, ODPAD U ZD OTEVR", ID 5090000197-11201000, open channel of total length 1.733 m (trapezoidal profile with vegetation fortification), year of acquisition 1932 The subject of the award will be two parts of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a total length of 26 m (18+8 m) located on plot no. 5358/1 in c.ú.
