• The subject of the valuation is the construction of a HOZ waterworks (construction for water management improvement of land - Engineering construction - Hydromelioration, § 17 and Appendix No. 15 point 17 of the valuation decree) in c.ú. Bukvice near Trhové Svinů, Trhové Sviny village, České Budějovice district, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended of later regulations, in the property of the state and under the jurisdiction of managing the SPU as follows: - "TRHOVÉ SVINY-BUKVICE, Kanál C", ID 2030000417-11201000, an open channel (trapezoidal profile with bottom fortification with quarry stone) with a total length of 74 m and a piped channel DN 300-500 o total length 732 m, year of acquisition 1978 The subject of the award will be a part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 74 m open and 50 m piped DN 500 located on plot no. 1044/2, 1044/10 and 993 in the Civil Code Bukvice near Trhové Sviny. Land under the construction of a waterworks HOZ are not the subject of awards. The construction of the HOZ waterworks is not in accordance with § 509 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended in connection with § 55 paragraph 1 letter e), § 56 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (water Act), as amended and § 2 paragraph 5 of Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of buildings for water management improvement of land and their parts and the manner and extent of their care, part of the land.
