• Description:
• The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of additional property settlement. The subject of the award is the construction of a HOZ waterworks (construction for water management improvement of land - Engineering construction - Hydromelioration, § 17 and Appendix No. 15 point 17 valuation decrees) in c.ú. Roudné, village of Roudné, district of České Budějovice, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and the jurisdiction to manage the SPÚ as follows: - "ROUDNÉ, Roudné V2", ID 2030000687-11201000, open channel (trapezoidal profile with earth fortification of the bottom and slopes) with a total length of 378 m and a piped canal DN 500 with a total length of 63 m, year of acquisition 1960 The subject of the award will be a part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 6.5 m open, originally located on plot no. 434/11 and 434/12 in c.ú. Rude. Land under construction of the HOZ waterworks are not subject to valuation. The construction of the HOZ waterworks is not in accordance with § 509 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended in connection with § 55 paragraph 1 letter e), § 56 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on waters and on the amendment of certain Acts (Water Act), as amended and § 2 paragraph 5 of Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on the detailed definition of buildings for water management improvements of land and their parts and the manner and extent of their care, part of the land.
